Maxi split hair Manic Panic : Evolution dans le temps

We meet again with yet another article that shows you the changes over time (shampoo after shampoo) of my hair colors. With each new hair color I renew the experience so that you can judge for yourself the holding of the chosen colorations.

First of all :

You must know that…

+ The color you get on your hair depends on the bleaching you have done beforehand. (Yellow to white)
+ The color reacts according to the nature of the hair itself
+ All semi-permanent hair color (brands) are not equal in terms of quality / pigments
+ Within the same brand, the colors can react differently on your hair (ex: fade more or less quickly)
+ The products you use for your hair can damage the color more or less quickly
+ Use cold water when you wash your hair

You’ll find lots of other tips for your hair colors or bleaching in the “Beauty” tab of the blog (“hair” section) and on my YouTube channel ;-)

This time we are reviewing 4 colors: Purple Haze (purple), Enchanted Forest (bluish green), Atomic Turquoise (blue) and Electric Banana (yellow) from Manic Panic. (Vegan and cruelty free brand)
I let you see in the video below the changes after 10 shampoos. (The pictures you see in this article only show the color on the first and last day) You'll see, it's really nice to see the different shades that take the dark colors over time ^^

MY OPINION

As I explained in the article that unveiled my new hair color, I had already tested three of the four colors in the past. So I already knew what to expect.

Purple Haze and Enchanted Forest have always been favorites! I love their color on the first day and I love the way they fade over shampoos. Even if the shades obtained end up being very different from the first day, I like them a lot. On the other hand, they both leave marks the first weeks, (especially the green) and it is rather boring. You will lose a lot of color in the shower at least on the first 3 shampoos, so prepare mentally to have to clean well afterwards.
The turquoise was my first try. It joins my favorite colors of the brand! Even after 10 shampoos my hair is blue, and a beautiful blue that does not turn greenish or whatever. I was afraid it would disappear more quickly but finally it stands up to the first two colors mentioned above.

Yellow is a yellow. Next to the three others it is necessarily pale but it's still ok.

I also told you that these colors were supposed to last longer because it was the Amplified formula of the brand.
I do not remember the evolution of the Purple Haze and Enchanted Forest in the High Voltage formula but it does not seem to me to have seen a big difference. Mr. Krevette is of the same opinion. (To do well, it would be necessary to test the two versions in a split hair, to compare them in real time xD)

Now, I just have to refresh my color! I can not wait to have dark hair again as the first day :-)

What do you think?
Have you already tested these colors from Manic Panic?

PS: there is a new tool on the blog! You can now drop a little "like", by clicking on the heart, if my article has pleased you ^^ Make good use of it.
